Performance
New Lexus RZ EVs can take Carlsbad travelers to San Diego nearly four round trips in a row before recharging. The new Lexus RZ has an advanced 71.4-kWh lithium-ion battery pack and provides 220 miles of all-electric range. RZ models riding on larger wheels have a range of 196 miles. Electric motors in the new Lexus RZ generate 308 total system horsepower.
With Direct4 all-wheel drive, the Lexus RZ can handle any driving condition and any North County terrain as they leave El Cajon. In the process, they'll experience low power consumption, better start-up acceleration, and more stable handling. Cruising range of the Lexus RZ is increased by the eAxle. This newly developed high-output electronic axle integrates the inverter, motor, and transaxle. Paddle shifters are included for the Lexus RZ, letting San Diego drivers adjust regenerative braking levels through a force selector. To dial in their level of efficiency and exhilaration, the Lexus RZ lets San Marcos motorists switch between five settings with Drive Mode Select.
Technology
Like other new Lexus vehicles, the RZ welcomes the Lexus Interface. The setup has a 14.4-inch touchscreen and works as an extension of Carlsbad drivers, who can have a customizable multimedia experience and access to Intelligent Assistant.
